Joint Stock Company "Belarusian Potash Company" (BPC) was established in April 2005 by Republican Unitary Enterprise "Production Amalgamation "Belaruskali" (the Republic of Belarus) and Joint Stock Company "Uralkali" (Russian Federation), each shareholder controlling 50% of the Company’s share capital.

BPC shareholding was altered in May 2008, when the State Association of Belarusian Railways acquired 5% of the Company, reducing Belaruskali share to 45% and leaving Uralkali holding of 50% unchanged.

The main objective of this joint effort by the three companies is to fully satisfy the demand for mineral fertilizers, optimize the export delivery structure and preserve stability in the global market o mineral fertilizers.

The BPC Head Office based in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus, coordinates the company’s global operations supported by the six regional offices in New Delhi, Beijing, Singapore, Sao Paulo (Brazil), Panama and Chicago (USA).

BPC supplies potash fertilizers to Europe, India, China, Central and South America, USA, Asia and Pacific, Africa. With clear focus on customer needs, BPC is a solid partner for customers all over the world.

The high consistent quality of supplies earned BPC a 43% share in the global potash market. Now, the Company is working to enhance its presence in the emerging and most promising markets.

The products offered by BPC are Standard MOP (pink and white), Granular MOP (pink and white), all the technical (K2O content 62% min) and agricultural (K2O content 60% min) grades.
